Swimming Squads at Kew
Note: Swimmers progress into the next squad when they achieve these goals. Before moving a swimmer to the next squad the coaches will also take into account the swimmer's ambitions, performance at training and potential. Age is not a primary criteria for squads. Please feel free to discuss your swimmer's progress with the relevant coach who will be very happy to advise you on when progression to the next squad is appropriate.
